Dogs, cats, and rabbits can all join the Healthy Pet Club. Each pet will need their own membership to access the benefits.
Can I get a plan for my puppy or kitten?
Yes! Puppies and kittens can join the Healthy Pet Club from 8 weeks of age. This is the perfect time to start their preventative healthcare journey.
Does the plan cover me for multiple pets?
Yes, you can have multiple pets on the Healthy Pet Club. Each pet will have their own membership, and you'll receive a £1 discount per month for each additional pet.
Will I get a reminder to use my benefits?
Yes, your practice will send you reminders when it's time for your pet's health checks, vaccinations, and other preventative care.
Can I use all the benefits as soon as I join?
Most benefits are available immediately upon joining. However, some services like neutering may have age restrictions. Your practice team can advise on specific requirements.
